These times more than ever the pharma industry is playing an important role in our society. We are assisting one of our clients from the industry to find their next Office Manager for their Amsterdam office. They are an Asian company, with offices all over the globe and intend to substantially grow their team in the Amsterdam office in 2021.

As an Office Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and coordinating all office operations and procedures 

  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies 

  • Develop company culture and design office decoration 

  • General administration

  • Fleet management

  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (office supplies, copy machine, catering to visitors)

  • Ensure appropriate setting of new communication or IT equipment for newcomers (phone, laptop)

  • Assist and create onboarding plan as well as implement for all new staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, or high school diploma 

  • At least 3 years executive assistant or office manager experience 

  • Excellent MS Office and Outlook Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Dutch
