One of our clients in the trading sector is looking for an exceptional Office Coordinator to join their Amsterdam-based team. Are you a self-starter and team player who will thrive in a dynamic and challenging trading environment? In this role, you will collaborate closely with their London-based team in supporting their European offices in London, Bristol, and Paris. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and committed to building relationships across the business.


  • Partner with other team members on reception and conference room coordination; greeting of guests; general office maintenance and day-to-day facility operations; and in ensuring a seamless process for interviews and new hire onboardings
  • Provide travel coordination support for visitors as needed
  • Manage corporate apartment relationships and bookings for visitors
  • Partner with Tech Services in workspace planning
  • Provide light accounting support by forwarding invoices to the accounting department, cross checking office and event expenses and reconciling company credit card transactions
  • Assist with researching, planning, and running onsite and offsite employee events
  • Regular travel to provide support across all EU offices
  • Other duties as assigned or needed


  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Prioritization skills
  • At least 2+ years' experience in an office administration/support role
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Dutch
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Available to work from the office daily
