On behalf of our client, an international ICT company, we are looking for an Office Administrator in Haarlem!
As an Office Administrator, you will undertake the execution of tasks related to the daily and smooth operation of the office and the secretarial support. Also, to provide support to the activities of other members of the company ensuring a high level of service.
Manage the daily communications of the office regarding external visitors, including the reception and guidance of visitors as well as the telephone support and management of complaints with professionalism
Manage mail (e-mail, letters, packages, and in general all shipping processes)
Manage supplies of stationery and equipment and places orders when required
Maintain a data system
Coordinate the communication between the various departments, gathers the information, and keeps all the departments related to the current professional activities
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, provide support, and keep minutes in various meetings
Provides assistance with the internal reporting
Who are you?
Available full-time in Haarlem office
1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent command of the Dutch language and very good command of English
Good knowledge of Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Time management skills
Ability to multitask
