Our client is a scale up company in financial services offering innovative software solutions. For their offices in Opmeer region we are currently seeking a full time junior Account Manager fluent in Dutch and English.


  • Responsible for client on-boarding processes
  • Being the first point of contact for customers
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Manage internal customer related workflows / procedures
  • Meet customer satisfaction levels and convert Customers into ambassadors
  • Manage invoices lifecycle on a daily basis and check whether they meet the set requirements.

The ideal candidte:

  • Speaks fluent Dutch and English
  • A junior / account manager is a customer manager at junior and medior level who produces good quantity amounts and quality work but still needs some help to do so in a very good way
  • He/She is learning and improving but producing at the same time but has some gaps to improve on
  • He / She performs and needs support at times but is motivated enough to improve and shows personal growth
  • Shows hunger to improve
  • Listens and adapts
  • Shows personal and operational progress
  • Is motivated to learn constantly
  • Is able to communicate clearly
  • Is positive and humble
