Jr. Finance and Sales Analyst

Our client, one of the world’s leading companies in their sector, is looking for a Jr. Finance and Sales Analyst.

How will your day look like:

In this role you will perform activities to ensure accurate and timely Royalty payments as well as support activities in the Security & Controls area with primary focus on system access controls. The Jr. Finance and Sales Analyst is a key member of the Internal Controls Team in the European Finance Shared Service Centre (EFSSC). Main tasks include:

• Accurate and timely Royalty calculation and reporting activities
• Work with P2P to support invoice creation and payment instructions
• Support system access requests and related Segregation of Duty activities
• Periodic access review coordination
• Support an effective system of Internal Controls, including Internal/External audits

Job Requirements - Jr. Finance and Sales Analyst:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in finance combined with 1 to 3 years of experience
• Experience with royalty calculations
• Fluent spoken and written English. Any other European language is a plus.
• Familiar with data base management and strong Excel capabilities
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive
