We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active, organized, people person, a fun to work with Recruitment and Training Coordinator. You will be joining a truly international and dynamic team where no day is the same. You will be helping us find our future talented Adam’s employees, you will also be helping with the onboarding and the training programs.

Help to create attractive job profiles and post on all available job boards
Sourcing for the right employees to join our team on all available channels
Comprehensive interviewing of candidates to ascertain skill-set, knowledge and requirements
Coordinating and arranging interviews between our managers, team members and our potential new employees
Onboarding and Training
Take part in helping our In-house Trainer coordinate and organize the onboarding programs for new starters
Coordinate between our Administration team and the Trainer to ensure the set-up of the new starter is complete
Help with any other tasks that might come up during the onboarding process
What makes you our ideal next Internal Recruitment and Training Coordinator?
Bachelor or Master’s degree ideally in Business or Human Resources
Business level of English (verbal and written)
Previous experience in planning and coordination
Friendly and open personality
Motivated and enthusiastic
Superb time management and organizational skills
Some experience or a strong interest in recruitment and sourcing
Excellent communication skills and capable of selling great opportunities to candidates
Excellent listening and communication skills
