Are you fluent in French AND English? Do you have a experience in customer service, hospitality or retail? Do you enjoy communicating with others and solving problems? Do you like having flexibility or working in the weekends, evenings or in shifts? If you have answered YES to all these questions, then I am looking for you! 

Our client in Amsterdam, a large food delivery organization, is searching for Internal Customer Service | FRENCH & English for 30 or 40 hours per week to communicate constantly with their drivers to ensure smooth delivery. In this role, you will be supporting internal couriers, solving their issues quickly (flat tires, mixed orders, not opening door because bell is broken, etc.) as well as keeping track of their schedules! 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal couriers and keeping track of of their schedules
  • Tracking deliveries and helping to optimise delivery times
  • Following an automatic order distribution system
  • Solving issues quickly and easily
  • Working closely with the Customer Services department and other departments

Requirements:

  • Must be immediately available for 30 or 40 hrs per week
  • Available to work in shifts, evenings or weekends
  • Fluent in FRENCH speaker and excellent communication skills in English
  • Prior CS experience, or in hospitality or retail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with a range of people
  • Motivated and eager to improve your abilities and knowledge
  • Able to react quickly and deal with difficult situations; thinking on your feet
  • Available to work flexibly on a schedule Monday to Sunday with a bigger focus on afternoon and evening hours
  • Based in or surrounding Amsterdam
