HR Support Specialist.

Our client is an inspiring, prestigious name in the creative tech sector. Their EMEA office in Amsterdam houses close to 100 passionate international talents who are doing what they love and loving what they are doing.

They are currently searching for an enthusiastic, positive, organized and self-motivated HR team member to be the first point of contact for the employees as well management. You will have responsibility for HR administration, pre-boarding, onboarding and induction of new hires. You will act as the first point of contact for Health and Safety, sickness (Arbo). This is a real hands-on role where the HR team really muck in together to provide a great support to the business. They rely on each other and support each other too. This means that you will add to your HR knowledge in a very fast-paced work environment.

Experience needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 3+ years HR experience in a similar role. Ideally as HR Coordinator or Administrator.

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

  • Knowledge of Dutch Labor Law including the Arbo legislation

  • Assertive, detail oriented and a self-starter

  • Able to work independently as well as within a team

  • Experience in a multinational/multicultural company. Ideally tech related or start-up/scale-up.


  • Experience with Workday

  • A passion for the gaming or gaming industry.
