Our client is a creative, dynamic international business in the creative tech sector. They are headquartered in Amsterdam in an amazing location very close to Dam Square. The business currently employs close to 400 international talents. Many of them relocated to the Netherlands to join this company.
This role forms an important part of an experienced HR and Talent team. You will work closely with the HRBP's, the C&B/Payroll Specialists and with recruitment as you will take over the onboarding and integration of new employees.

Some of the key responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for your stakeholders in all aspects of HR administration and processes.
Provide full cycle administrative support for the studio employees.
Build relationships with staff at all levels within the business as well as with external specialists too.
Guide employees through the onboarding process and support on all immigration issues.

What do you need to offer?
1 or 2 years HR experience gained within an international company in the Netherlands.
You already have a good understanding of Dutch Labour Law.
You speak perfect, business level English and ideally have an understanding of Dutch too.
You are comfortable with HR data and, ideally, have Workday experience too.
You are a great networker and have a sense of fun and humour too.
You are already living and working in the Netherlands and can commute to Amsterdam easily and daily.
You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week and ideally 40.
