Key responsibilities:

As a Growth Consultant, you are responsible for growing business within exsisting customers. You are entirely responsible for cross-selling and up-selling the portfolio. You do this by closely working together with the account manager(s) to ensure that the existing partnerships remain successful.

  • Identify growth potential among existing clients in order to grow your portfolio
  • Develop innovative strategies for fulfilling the customers need and are independently responsible for their implementation
  • Responsible for increasing sales by negotiating the extension of the existing contracts through cross- and up-selling ideas

You will be successful in this role if:

  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have a business degree
  • You have affinity with Sales
  • You are motivated to achieve highly ambitious targets
  • You are a team player and ready to learn
