GL Accountant

Are you looking to work on a consumer goods company close to Tilburg? Do you have a background in finance and/or accountancy? Our client is looking for their new GL Accounting Associate in their office located in Tilburg.

Main Responsibilities 

• Preparation of monthly journal entries such as accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed asset additions and depreciation, bank fees, and more
• Monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis  
• Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process 
• Maintenance of customer program sub-ledgers and analyze P&L, and more

Main Requirements 

• Degree in accounting and/or finance
• 3-4 years of experience in accountancy
• Familiar with US GAAP and/or SOX
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus 
• Analytical and solution oriented
