Do you have a background in finance administration and are you ready for the next step in your career? Would you like to be part of an international team providing a wide range of immigration and relocation services to companies and individuals? As financial administrator you will be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative duties and will support the team by achieving and maintaining the financial health of the organization. You will maintain accurate records and remain compliant with company policies with a high level of integrity, and accountability.


Financial duties:

  • Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
  • Prepare and file company tax documents
  • Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies
  • Run and update databases
  • Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
  • Contact delinquent accounts
  • Stay up to date with all regulations, requirements, and laws

Administrative duties:

  • Front desk customer service, including answering phones and greeting guests
  • Keep a tidy and appropriate reception area
  • Manage schedules for appointments and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, team members, and management
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes
  • Keep an organized file system


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
  • Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar
  • Practical experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel), and databases (e.g., MS Access)
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
  • A solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
  • High level of critical thinking and logical analysis
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to keep the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality
