Our client is an international scale-up company in appliances sector with their Benelux offices in Amsterdam Zuidoost. They are currently growing their team in the Netherlands and looking to hire a Finance Administrator speaking Dutch, French and English.

The role will entail Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks. You will be part of a growing team and you work under the supervision of the Manager Finance & Administration Benelux.


Responsibilities:

  • Incoming and outgoing bank bookings and their administrative processing
  • You ensure correct, timely and complete collection in accordance with the debtor policy. If necessary, you consult and cooperate with the country head office
  • You have contact with debtors with payment arrears and make proposals regarding payment agreements in consultation
  • You replace the office manager in his absence
  • You are responsible for making payments and booking incoming invoices

Requirements:

  • MBO+/ HBO work and thinking level in a financial direction
  • Experience with collection and debtor management
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A high degree of accuracy and independence
  • Ability to oversee situations and processes
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude
