Main Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming documents and invoices (verification, post, scanning, document handling and archive)
  • Maintain and optimization of customer relationship
  • Ensure the customer documentation is correct and complete at all times
  • Notify relevant departments and report any irregularities in documents or invoices
  • Advice on VAT Refund-ability to internal customer 

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a must and any other language is a plus
  • Only candidates that are already residing in The Netherlands can be considered
  • 1-2 years in data entry, administrative or customer service roles
  • Fast learner, accurate and with good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Full-time availability
