What does the work involve?

  • Be responsible for customer issues and questions are addressed and resolved in a correct and timely manner, via phone or email or Social Media
  • Answer questions via phone and email;
  • Mediate disputes between clients and customers and find win-win solutions;
  • Manage disputes and complaints via phone and/ or email;
  • Improve processes based on communication with customers;
  • Work with other departments to ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience.


  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Excellent English
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to work under pressure
  • You are available for 40 hours per week
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
  • Availability to start working immediately
  • Located in the Netherlands, preferably nearby Amsterdam
  • No necessity of work visa


This is an American company, with a small office in Amsterdam. You will be reporting to the US. The company is rather informal, and they are working from home at the moment. The contract will be through our agency for initially 3 months, with the possibility of becoming a long-term position.
