Our client who is one of the leaders for flexible and innovative electric vehicle charging solutions is looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to join their Technical Customer Support team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be handling 2nd level customer hardware and software queries for the Dutch and Belgian markets. The key focus for this role is to take ownership and drive the issue resolution process with customers and internal stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should be passionate, customer centric and open to provide feedback to continually improve existing processes and collaborate closely with your team.


  • Provide email and phone support (2nd line) to B2B/B2C customers for hardware and software products
  • Take ownership of customer requests and see issues through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Investigate larger and complex support concerns, and where necessary coordinate closely with peers across all departments
  • Continuously and proactively provide input to the product/support knowledge team
  • Document issues via the ticketing system (Salesforce) to drive a great customer experience


  • You have about 2 years of experience within a customer service or customer-facing role ideally within a (software) technology focused company
  • You have experience with CRM systems is preferred (i.e., Salesforce)
  • You have fluent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (with good proficiency in English)
  • You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with and learn from others
  • You are passionate about providing great customer support and can explain complex concepts in a simple manner
  • You are curious and passionate about technology and electric mobility
  • You have proven analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills
  • You are accurate in your work with good attention to detail
