We are looking for a Customer Support French speaker to join one of our clients, located in the city center of Utrecht. They are a young and fast-growing company, the leader in the online marketplace industry. You will be working directly with other businesses and supporting them with any queries they might have. But you won’t be limited to just it! The team is constantly involved in Customer Success, improving processes, and working on projects with other departments. You will take full ownership of the French market and work alongside a very international and young team.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Be the first point of contact for B2B customers

  • Respond to customer’s queries via email mostly and only sometimes on the phone

  • Answer queries regarding invoices and payments

  • Answer queries regarding their services and the marketplace itself

  • Be involved in Customer Success projects, constantly taking customer’s feedback to improve processes and work with other departments


  • BA degree or similar

  • French native speaker, additional languages are a plus: Italian, Spanish, or German

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service position – either B2B or B2C

  • Living close to Utrecht

  • Self-starter, positive, and excellent customer service attitude
