For one of our clients we are looking for a Customer Success Representative with to-do mentality, proactive and positive attitude.
- Be the main point of contact for the European customers and dealers
- Handle billing inquiries, service requests, and complaints
- Keep track of all the client details and comments in the CRM system
- Actively support the team members in improving processes and procedures
- Native Czech&Slovak speaker is a MUST
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- MBO-HBO Level
- Customer oriented and proactive
- Availability to work full-time 40 hours per week
