For one of our international clients within the retail industry, I am looking for a German speaking Customer Success and Experience Specialist to join their Customer Success and Experience team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be manage the performance of the After Sales Operation in the European region by providing support to and train Third Party Service Providers. You will also oversee the processing of RMA transactions and manage stock levels of spare parts at the local Service Providers

Key responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate Third Party Service Providers-related activities, and propose potential new Third Party Service Providers
  • Act as the local customer care team counterpart, and provide trainings/audits to the Third Party Service Providers
  • Coordinate the implementation of the process related procedures with Third Party Service Providers and manage escalation of customer queries
  • Manage the Third Party Service Providers' performance and cost by ensuring that agreed KPIs and targets are met
  • Control and maintain the stock level Third Party service Providers' inventory
  • Identify local customer care requirements, assess warranty terms/service levels of local competition, and coordinate local implementation
  • Support customer evaluation process

Requirements:

  • Near native level of German, fluency in English
  • BA Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 2 years' of experience in IT warranty or after-sales service related activities
  • Good technical knowledge of LCD or AV (projector and touch panel) products is an advantage
  • Strong customer interface skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated to meet project/operational deadlines
  • Willingness to travel when allowed
