Requirements for the Customer Support Specialist Dutch speaker role:

  • Preferably a degree in computers sciences or IT related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Native Dutch speaker
  • Good IT skills (working on various different customer CRM systems)
  • Experience or interest in Automotive Industry
  • Experience working with Service Now
