Great opportunity for a French and Italian speaking Customer Service Representative. A family company in the Chemical industry is looking for a candidate speaking French and Italian. The role is long term and the company has a great international team.

The company operates in the chemical industry and provides their products and services in over 100 countries all over the globe. They have been on the market for more than 5 decades with stable success and strong reputation. Currently, they are looking for someone to join their team and provide support to the customer base, by managing customer relationships and taking account ownership.   •  Act as a main point of contact between the company and the customers by providing high level of customer service
  • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Managers and the warehouse locations to follow up on inquiries and meet the customer needs
  • Provide availability information to customers and other order-related information that might be required
  • Keep on overview on the customer demand and give update reports to the sales team
  • Communicate with the sales and logistics team to ensure the process is going accordingly
  • In charge of supervising the consignment stock usage and ensuring timely reconciliation
  • Coordinate with the transportation providers in order to check arrival times
  • Prepare customer product usage reports 

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in French and Italian is a must
  • At least 2 years of working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing/technical/ chemical industry would be a pre
  • Ability to handle quires and issues in a fast and efficient manner
  • Stress-resilient and with good problem-solving skills
  • Team player
