I am currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join one of our international clients in Amsterdam. The company is in the fashion industry, and one of the biggest players in their field. In this position you will be helping customers in the Benelux market.


  • Customer service (B2B) via different channels ( phone, e-mail, chat)

  • Process orders in SAP

  • Support the sales representatives

  • Follow up and monitor orders and deliveries

  • Pro-actively inform and/or approach customers about product, price, delivery times etc.

  • Handle financial requests and work closely with the financial department

  • Come up with solutions for complex issues and possible complaints


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education and experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Environment

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Enthusiastic, a commercial mindset and a team player

  • Service oriented, a problem solver and excellent communication skills

  • Flexible to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required

  • Able to prioritize and work under pressure

  • Experience with SAP and Excel

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
