Our client, an international insurance company is looking for a customer service representative for their office in Rotterdam. You will work with a supportive close-knit team in one of the top insurance companies in the world. You will have plenty of on-the-job training opportunities and the chance to work in an ambitious, growing organization.


  • Advice private and business customers in the Netherlands on the company's insurance policies
  • Redirect customers to other departments
  • Processing customer data in systems
  • Sell new policies and retain customers
  • Drafting and sending letters and documents
  • Processing incoming files with sold insurances


  • 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience. Sales experience is also a plus
  • Good command of Dutch and English (both orally and in writing),French is an advantage
  • MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
  • Excellent communication and listening skills;
  • Wft Basis en Schade Particulieren diplomas, or are willing to obtain them soon
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • You can can with tight deadlines and are flexible
