Our client, a company operating in the camping gear industry, is looking for a b2b customer service representative. They are focused on the quality and durability of their products bringing comfort outdoors. The company entered the European market a few years ago and is growing. The main responsibilities will be to be the first point of contact for clients and take care of the sales orders.
Responsibilities
- Sales Order management
- Calculating stock levels
- Communicating shipping instructions with the warehouse
- First point of contact for new and existing clients
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a b2b environment
- Experience in a business customer-facing role
- Great Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc)
- Professional level of German (writing and speaking)
- Willing to fill in for colleagues when they are not in
- Team player
