Our client, a company operating in the camping gear industry, is looking for a b2b customer service representative. They are focused on the quality and durability of their products bringing comfort outdoors. The company entered the European market a few years ago and is growing. The main responsibilities will be to be the first point of contact for clients and take care of the sales orders.


  • Sales Order management
  • Calculating stock levels
  • Communicating shipping instructions with the warehouse
  • First point of contact for new and existing clients


  • 1-2 years of experience in a b2b environment
  • Experience in a business customer-facing role
  • Great Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc)
  • Professional level of German (writing and speaking)
  • Willing to fill in for colleagues when they are not in
  • Team player


  • Immediate permanent contract (with 2-month probation period)
  • Hybrid working model (Mon, Tue in the office)
