Our client, a manufacturer of commercial kitchen and food service equipment is looking for a Customer Service Manager. In this role you will be responsible for bringing the organization to the next level by working on process and operational improvement across multiple teams. Next to that, you will also be responsible for bringing in change and guiding employees trough it.


Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for bringing the organization to the next level by improving the processes and operations of the customer service department across multiple teams in different regions;
  • You will ensure that the Order to Cash end to end process is harmonized and improved across Europe and day to day operations are executed in an effective way;
  • You will be involved in active people management and change management (to bring the department to the next level);
  • You will be the business owner for all customer service processes
  • You will be responsible for setting up a roadmap on process improvements to improve controls, reduce workload and achieve customer experience excellence in different areas
  • You will ensure the team is understands and adheres to the compliance manual


  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service (full order to cash process experience)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role (managing remote teams)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data and find root cause; and find solutions.
  • Can do mentality
