Are you an organized and structured customer service professional? One of our international clients, a company leader in the food industry, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Rotterdam
In this position you will be the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders for all the order process.
Manage customer orders from A to Z and ensure the day-to-day fulfilment process
Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Advise on any issue regarding stock, availability, and delivery of products
Fluent in German and able to communicate in English
2 years of experience in customer service
Knowledge of SAP, EDI and Excel
Experience in the logistic process is a plus
