Are you fluent in Polish, Russian and English, with a background in data entry and immediately available? Would you like to join a dynamic and international company based in Utrecht? Then have a look at the job opportunity we are offering!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming documents and invoices (verification, document handling and archive)
  • Maintain and optimization of customer relationship
  • Ensure the customer documentation is correct and complete at all times
  • Notify relevant departments and report any irregularities in documents or invoices
  • Create and maintain files on CRM system

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish, Russian and English
  • Only candidates that are already residing in The Netherlands can be considered
  • 1-2 years in data entry, administrative or customer service roles
  • Fast learner, accurate and with good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
