Our client with offices based in Amsterdam and London, is searching for a Customer Care & Social Media Specialist | Dutch to join their team! The company is expanding, and they are looking for enthusiastic potential to develop further! In this role, you will be joining an international team of 6 Customer Care Professionals with backgrounds from all over Europe!

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer’s queries via social media (twitter, fb, Instagram, etc)
  • Answer queries via CRM system
  • Answer tech queries regarding loyalty card and points
  • Follow up with inquiries from the website 
  • Be part of the HelpDesk and provide responses to tech queries

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer facing role
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Friendly, dynamic and respectful
  • Great personality, interested in long term opportunity
  • Experience with CRM is a plus
  • Excellent written and speaking proficiency in Dutch
  • Fluent proficiency in English
