Are you a native German-speaker with affinity for tourism and a customer-oriented mindset? Are you based in the Utrecht area and available to take on a new challenge?

Our client – a growing company from the hospitality industry, offering innovative luxurious products - is seeking the next addition to their vibrant front office team, based in Zeist.


  • Main point of contact for the guests between booking and travel stage (answering questions, making minor changes, etc.)
  • Communication of the travel details and travel bookings management
  • Control and preparation of travel documents


  • Experience within a customer support environment (experience in the travel industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
  • GDS knowledge and affinity for customer satisfaction
