Our client is a major growing company in the IT/green energy sector. For their international HQ office in Amsterdam, we are looking for Customer Care Advisors with Dutch language.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. The purpose is to provide a great customer experience by quickly identifying and solving issues, as well as being the face of the company and assist in improving current processes.


  • First point of contact for customers via phone and e-mail
  • Handling requests and questions relating to products/services
  • Analyzing technical problems and offering correct solutions
  • Internally communicating with other departments/stakeholders to solve reoccurring customer issues
  • Improving the customer service team by identifying and implementing improvement processes
  • Act as an “agent” and be the “voice” for the company
  • Administrative tasks, such as invoicing and credit notes


  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in customer service/sales support
  • Prior experience in tech/finance is a plus
  • Fluency in English AND Dutch
  • Experience with any ERP system is a bonus
  • Customer oriented/friendly
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Proactive and motivated
  • Based in/or around Amsterdam
