Our client, a bidding company based in Amsterdam is currently searching for customer & client advisor | German, Dutch, French | 28-40 hrs to join their team!
In this role, you will be responsible for solving challenges for clients and customers (b2b/b2c) via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions via phone and email;
- Mediate disputes between clients and customers and find win-win solutions;
- Manage disputes and complaints via phone and/ or email;
- Improve processes based on communication with customers;
- Work with other departments to ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in either German, Dutch or French (and English)
- Available 28-40 hrs per week
- Mediation skills, able to find win-win solutions
- Problem solver
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
