Our client, a bidding company based in Amsterdam is currently searching for customer & client advisor | German, Dutch, French | 28-40 hrs to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for solving challenges for clients and customers (b2b/b2c) via phone and email.


  • Answer questions via phone and email;
  • Mediate disputes between clients and customers and find win-win solutions;
  • Manage disputes and complaints via phone and/ or email;
  • Improve processes based on communication with customers;
  • Work with other departments to ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience.


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in either German, Dutch or French (and English)
  • Available 28-40 hrs per week
