Do you have experience in CRM? Do you enjoy working in a fast-growing environment? Our client, who is a successful player in the e-commerce consumer electronics sector is looking for a CRM Manager to join their E-Commerce D2C team!


As a CRM Manager, you will manage all online interactions with existing customers to grow the business. Also, you will be working on a strategy on how to build and maintain profitable relationships with new customers.

The focus will be on direct online channels (DE, NL, IT, ES) and on how to convert our newsletter subscriptions and product registrations to sales. As a part of the job, you will also lead the brand strategy for non-eCommerce websites and ensure brand establishment.

CRM (80%)

  • Create overall CRM strategy from scratch, aligning with eCommerce and MarCom content plans
  • Optimize current and introduce new automated email flows to encourage customer loyalty, retention, up & cross-sell opportunities
  • Create newsletters in English and work together with translators
  • Plan and send out engaging monthly newsletters and ad hoc promotional support emails
  • Developing ideas on how to deal with unsatisfied customers on review sites in order to retain them
  • Report on successes, learnings, and impacts of wider campaigns on CRM performance
  • Facilitate database growth through marketing investment, product registration, and liaising with product marketing teams to tie in-store purchase to online registration
  • Work towards a lifetime value model for CRM subscribers, product registration & customer purchase data
  • Work with the legal team to keep the data clean

Branding (20%)

  • Maintain, optimize, and roll-out non eCommerce websites for small European & Asian markets
  • Making sure that brand identity is visible on non-eCommerce sites
  • Facilitate product launches in these markets through the creation of category & PDP pages
  • Work with consumer care teams to upload and maintain video and social content across all sites & keep FAQs up to date
  • Align with Mar-Com team to ensure that on-site content is aligned with social & PR calendar


  • 5+ years of experience in CRM
  • Able to build short- and long-term CRM strategy and be able to sell it to the higher management
  • Fluency in English, any other European languages are highly preferred
  • Can work independently
