Our client is a highly successful Consulting and Technology company. Headquartered in Ireland and with other European offices including Amsterdam. The company is growing fast and they have a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to build on their success in the Netherlands. They already have existing accounts here but there is so much untapped potential for their services. A great opportunity to really make your mark.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Set out your own strategy for the Netherlands and build on what they currently have.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing Accounts.
  • Implement product sales initiatives to advance the portfolio of services.
  • Ensure a thriving customer network.

What do you need to offer?

  • You will have a proven track record in the Recruitment sector. This role involves finding talent for project teams and knowledge of the recruitment landscape in the Netherlands is vital.
  • You will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience within the Netherlands.
  • You are capable of thinking on your feet and quickly identifying customer needs and coming up with creative but practical solutions.
  • You are a self-starter. Capable of working independently with the backing and support of HQ.
  • You have an affinity with 'soft' technologies.
  • Comfortable communicating and negotiating at middle and Board level.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
