Our client is looking for a:

Corporate Recruiter

Our client is a holding that encompasses 8 international companies which specialize on premium building materials and furniture, personal protective equipment and logistics. At the moment, they are about to hire approximately 11 professionals in Sales and Customer Service, located in France. They are looking for a Recruitment specialist for a project of 3-6 months who would become an ambassador for the brand and be able to create interest in the company among potential employees. The role implies some travels to their French office (in Paris region) and potentially – Belgium, but will be usually based in their Dordrecht office.

Among main responsibilities you will:

  • manage process of drafting of profiles by hiring managers, approval of CEO
  • prioritize and plan all necessary steps to ensure progress (calibrating cv’s with hiring managers, organizing interviews, keeping candidates close)
  • keep an overview of status on all vacancies and monitor progress, analyse root cause if progress is lacking and report on a weekly base to HR director using the recruitment dashboard provided
  • propose recruitment approach (target groups, channels) per vacancy and place advertisements if agreed on
  • actively source candidates and approach them on Linkedin, email or by phone and create interest
  • contact candidates for pre-screening by phone and introduction of the vacancy
  • perform first round interviews based on job profiles and match with company values
  • propose shortlist of candidates to hiring manager
  • arrange assessments when required
