Client Success Representative | English

Are you native English speaker? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in Sales or background in Customer Support or Customer Success? Are you a people person? Then we have the perfect role for you!

Our client, a consultancy company in Baarn (Utrecht) that support business school students in their academic, personal and professional development including the preparation into the right MBA program, is looking for a Client Success Representative responsible to support sales prospects with the transition from leads to active users of their product and services. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Responding to sales inquiries with written feedback, tracking leads and identifying new opportunities for lead generation
• Contacting sales leads describing offers and services and moving prospect through sales process by connecting them with the appropriate member of their team
• Onboarding new clients
• Meeting with clients at various stages of the customer journey to ensure standards are met and identify potential improvements
• Conducting market research into their competitors
• Surveying clients and analyzing their feedback

Requirements:

• Native or near native English speaker
• At least 2 years of client-facing experience in a sales, support, or client success capacity
• University Degree
• A personable, engaged, and animated presence
