Claims Service Representative | French & Dutch

Do you want more than just a customer service job? Our client is looking for a Claims Service Representative who can speak French and Dutch on a professional level to join their team in the Netherlands. Customer experience is key for this position and you will be reporting to the Claims Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving customer claim via phone, email, and CSP

• Request and register customer-related information in the customer service portal

• Process claims payment

• Update systems with new information

• Ensure pro-active follow up on outstanding requests

Main Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in French AND Dutch is a MUST
