Claims Associate | German

Are you looking to work in an international environment in a large company? Our client is looking for a Claims Associate who can speak German on a professional level to join their team in the Netherlands. Customer experience is key for this position and you will be reporting to the Claims Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities

• Resolve and investigate customer claims, debit notes, and disputes

• Communicate and collaborate with relevant departments such as collections and finance

• Sarbanes Oxley compliance

• File relevant documentation

• Issue credit notes
