Would you like to join an international company close to Tilburg? Do you have a few years of experience in Claims, and you are now ready to take the next step? Our client in the consumer goods industry, is looking for an Assistant Team Leader Claims to support the Team Leader in the daily responsibilities. This is a temporary position for 6-12 months.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Back up team leader duties and leadership of the claims team when required
  • Support collaborative communication between the Claims team and other teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service etc)
  • Support the claims associates by providing training and mentoring
  • Digital filing of all completed claims forms, documentation and proof of deliveries
  • Timely investigation of claims (with all relevant departments), debit notes or disputes and the gathering of all information needed to approve/reject claims, debit notes and disputes based on investigation

Main Requirements:

  • HBO level of education
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience within Claims or Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Knowledge of SAP (including FSCM)
  • Accurate, results oriented and with good communication skills.
