Claims Adjuster | French & Dutch

Main Responsibilities

• Assess & apply policy coverage to high-frequency claims
• Register and update claims related data in the system
• Manage correspondence effectively
• Ensure client satisfaction and business retention
• Update systems with new claims information
• Support and assists the claims team with initiatives and projects

Main Requirements

• Higher Education (MBO or HBO)
• Excellent communication skills in French
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Prior experience in a claims-handling role
• Accurate, results-oriented, and organized
