Are you a native Dutch graduate looking to explore a career in a commercial function? For a client in the software industry, based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Business Development Representative, to join their sales team. In this role, you will be given lots of freedom to choose a path for development and growth.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Involved in the full sales cycle
  • Collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Lead generation and qualification of inbound leads
  • Cold calling and active outreach
  • Participate in defining the pursuit strategies for expanding the Benelux business
  • Building long-term relationship and working on renewal deals

Ideal candidate:

  • HBO degree in Business, Management, or IT-related field
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial experience is a plus
  • Energetic and can-do attitude
  • Proactive and curious mindset
