Your main responsibilities will be:
Sales Skills:
Developing and executing sales plans geared towards acquiring new clients and generating revenue
Generating and qualifying new leads by researching various platforms (primarily social media and job boards).
Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients and positioning yourself as Staffing market expert
Offering recruitment solutions customized on client's needs and expectations; using a consultative and solution based approach in order to increase client satisfaction and maximise client's potential
Prospecting, cold calling and social selling in order to obtain new customers
Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions and pricing structures
Preparing and leading client meetings; explaining the recruitment process and benefits of using our specialized services
Performing market research and identifying potential business opportunities
Creating presentations together with the Business Development and Marketing teams
Ensuring onboarding of new clients and a smooth handover of new accounts to Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants
Working with the internal recruitment team on prioritizing assignments, targeting clients and delivering sales pitches
Creating sales strategy and presenting this at ‘kick-off’ meetings.
Attending relevant networking events – virtually or in-person.
Managerial skills:
Ability to lead a small team (in the future) of dedicated sales professionals to reach sales targets
Develop processes that drive sales
Develop sales strategies for the future of Adams
Coach, motivate and develop the team
What we are looking for:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a highly commercial environment
3-5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in a B2B and service related environment (Hospitality or Staffing preferred)
No managerial experience necessary but we do need someone with the ability to grow into a leadership role
Good understanding of targets and revenue growth and the ability to work with quarterly and yearly financial targets
Experience in covering the complete Sales process, from generating leads to cold calling, client meetings and contract negotiations; a special passion for scoring hard to get deals
Educational background in Business, Management or other relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s studies
English – professional fluency in writing and speaking, a second language is a plus
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Great networking skills needed.
A passion for business development with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude
Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to manage changing workloads and multiple projects
Comfortable and efficient working independently
Excellent team spirit and ability to adapt to work productively with different personality types
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A good sense of humour is an absolute must
