We are currently offering an internship for a full-time Business Development Intern, who wants to support Adams in finding the next high-potential companies to partner with. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the high growth rate of Adams from the frontline.

Please note that we can only consider candidates already living in the Netherlands.

In compliance with Dutch regulations in regards to internships, we can only consider candidates that are currently studying and therefore still enrolled in a university program.

What you will learn:

  • CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Docusign)

  • Basics of Sales

  • Basics of Recruitment

  • Full Lead generation cycle

Role Responsibilities 

  • Lead qualifications: conduct research on various platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Glassdoor etc) in order to identify potential new clients = Establish your own lead generating process by researching various platforms. Become a central point of collecting leads from recruitment consultants.

  • Lead evaluation (incl. urgency), assigned to the right BD according to the territory split

  • Finding ways and the right POCs to reach out to potential clients to schedule a meeting/call

  • Managing leads in our CRM system

  • Helping the Business Development team to centralize weekly leads and preparing a clear overview of priorities

  • Working closely with BD and Recruitment team and make sure leads are followed up on in a timely and effective manner

  • Support the analysis on conversion rates

  • Raise the awareness of our brand and mission 

  • Active participation in sales sprints

  • Updating Agreements with the Existing Clients

  • Source and participating in interesting events for the sales team (for example events for scaleups or events for potential clients)

  • Researching competitors and clients in order to anticipate market trends

  • Analyze data to develop insights and make recommendations on business areas for client mapping optimization.
