To accomplish their goals and serve their clients better, we are looking for individuals eager to develop their next customer sales campaigns, drive revenue and convert new business opportunities. As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with the most interesting and demanding customers; helping them better understand their needs, develop product forecast models and deliver a strong overall customer experience.

For this position, your goal is to maintain strong relationships with their clients and act as a technical advisor to the client's request. You would do both account management and business development for the role, with the focus on the account management part.

What you will do

  • Expanding revenue within assigned customer segment through multi-faceted engagements, including phone, and web-based platforms (email, IM, etc), later on, face to face as well
  • Directing customer order forecasts to ensure assigned customer segment meets projections
  • Optimizing service levels to ensure a strong customer experience
  • Owning the entire customer experience, including processing customer orders, collecting payments, and coordinating order logistics
  • Establishing new customer relationships through prospecting & sales efforts
  • Utilizing CRM platform to capture customer-related data and daily activities

Who you are

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or other related backgrounds
  • 1-3 years work experience in a commercial function (sales, account management, business development)
  • Experience within the chemical/engineering industry would be a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Speaking French on a near-native level with a business level of English
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with solid negotiation skills, strong adaptability, creativity, and drive to succeed
  • Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer-centric
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Experience selling in a B2B environment and developing go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth would be a plus
  • Experienced in customer management and the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software
