Main Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support including but not limited to:
  • Handle phone calls and emails and rest correspondence
  •  Calendar management: schedule meetings, keep minutes and more
  • Be responsible for all filing, archiving and invoicing
  • Take decisions/make proposals for improvement of secretarial working methods and administrative processes

Main Requirements

  • Native Dutch speaker with professional fluency in English
  • MBO/HBO education level
  • Prior knowledge and experience in administrations and secretarial duties
  • Independent, well-organized, and great in relationship building
  • Knowledge of basic administrative tools: MS Office, Outlook, Teams
