Do you have at least 3-5 years of commercial experience as an account manager for Amazon (or any other ecommerce platform)? Are you fluent in English + Swedish/Polish/Turkish/French? Do you have experience in category management and working directly with distributors? Would you like to work for an international and dynamic company based in Amsterdam? Job Responsibilities as an Amazon account manager:

  • Account management of new and small markets (Spain, Turkey, Netherlands, Sweden and Poland)
  • Manage the catalog, including new item set up and development & product detail page optimization
  • Align and collaborate with distributors, sales team and the U.S Amazon team
  • Support in forecasting & pricing/ promotion activities
  • Assist with invoices and budgeting and act as the main point of contact for the finance team in the Ecom department for activities like PO creation
  • Assist with tasks relating to logistics and operations and be the main point of contact with the Ecom department for solving issues relating to delivery and support the chargebacks process

Job Requirements for Amazon account manager: 

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Additional fluency in Swedish/Polish/Turkish/French is considered a big bonus
  • Must have experience working with Amazon
  • Experience with any other ecommerce platform is also a big bonus
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience within a commercial role in an ecommerce business
  • Experience with category management (price analysis, assortment analysis)
  • Experience working directly with distributors
  • Must have a commercial mindset
  • Must be based in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
