Are you passionate about after sales operations? Do you speak German and looking for a new challenge within the international company? Then this role might be for you!

For our client – A multinational electronics company we are currently looking for a Service Account Manager to join their Amsterdam team.


  • Supporting clients with technical and non-technical queries
  • Evaluating warranty terms and service levels of local competition and co-ordinate the local implementation of warranty terms and/or service levels
  • Evaluating, proposing, and coordinating potential new ASPs (Authorized Service Providers) as well as product launch 
  • Managing and coordinating escalation of providers queries as well as customer complaints
  • Control the stock level of providers inventory as well as managing the monthly repairs claims or validations from ASP


  • Fluent in German and English
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT warranty or after-sales service related activities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar is a plus
  • Good technical knowledge of projector and touch panel products is a plus
  • Good knowledge of financial procedures and ability to interpret and process financial information
