For our international client in the SaaS industry, based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a German-speaking commercial talent to join their customer success team.

Key responsibilities:

  • As part of the client success team you will work closely with the portfolio of existing B2B customers across the DACH region to ensure a long-term, successful business relationship.
  • You will identify growth potential among existing clients in order to grow your portfolio.  
  • You develop innovative strategies for fulfilling the customers need and are independently responsible for their implementation.
  • You are responsible for increasing sales by negotiating the extension of the existing contracts through cross- and up-selling ideas.

You will be successful in this role if:

  • You are business fluent in German and English and have excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • You have a MSc degree in business or related studies.  
  • You have 1-3 years of experience - preferably in B2B client-focused roles.
  • You are motivated to achieve highly ambitious targets.
  • You are a team player and ready to learn.
