Job description Sales & Market Analyst - native Korean speaker
- Providing reports, both regularly as on demand, on sales and marketing areas;
- Monitoring of incentives and reporting on this subject in an accurate and timely manner;
- Making of Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and sending them out;
- Collecting and gathering of information for above mentioned reports from different employees and departments;
- Making of accurate, timely and correct provisions for the incentives;
- Giving of protocol support if needed, for instance during the business visits;
- Generating management information and progress reports to allow a deeper insight into the efficiency and effectiveness of the resources that are available to the Sales Administration department;
- Correct application of applicable regulations (such as bonus systems, retail premiums, stock regulations) and where necessary, making suggestions for their improvement;
- Drafting of Requests for Approvals, gathering of necessary data and signatures, storing this information in an orderly way and monitoring of the process.
Job requirements Sales & Market Analyst - native Korean speaker
- Education to Higher Vocational (HBO) level.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Sound knowledge of a variety of relevant processes.
- Knowledge and experience with modern Office packages.
- Commercial attitude, a team player, committed, honest, reliable, enterprising, communicative, flexible, accurate and able to work in a process-oriented manner.
- Fluent in English and Korean
