Procurement agent English fluent

Responsibilities & tasks:

- Day-to-day contact (mainly with the GDF) throughout the entire supply chain from quotation to receipt of payment
- Monitoring progress throughout the entire supply chain:
- Drawing up quotations, including realistic delivery planning
- Confirming and following up orders; remaining continuously aware of the status
of the orders to be able to proactively provide information to the GDF
- Complaints management
- Contract management
- Interdepartmental cooperation (Purchase Department )

Requirements:
- MBO+ level of education
- Some years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), and good command of the Dutch language
- Good command of Excel
