Area of responsibility
• Responsible for procurement of a range of materials and services used by production and distribution plants.
• Develop, control and improve supplier relationships.
• Manage communication between suppliers and internal departments.
• Develop supplier qualifications for key raw materials to drive cost saving projects.
• Participate in New Solutions Development projects.
• Provide procurement updates to internal customers.
• Comply with corporate policies, ISO and responsible care guidelines.
• Contract / data management in SAP.

Job requirements
Requirements
• BSc. In chemistry, chemical engineering, purchasing f.e. NEVI 1 or other science discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years procurement experience. Preferable in chemicals or oil related products.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analysis and organizational skills.
• Hands on and problem solving mentality.
In this function you report to the EMEA Procurement Manager.
